13-036 (KB2823324) Patch

I found an article in a SANS Apr 26 news article (http://www.sans.org/newsletters/newsbites/newsbites.php?vol=15&issue=33) referring to an h-online article (http://www.h-online.com/security/news/item/Microsoft-patches-the-patch-1848659.html). The bottom of the article has a link to Microsoft solutions for the above patch causing problems.
